After a hospital discharge
The first weeks at home after discharge are when most help is needed. An aya can manage the daily routine and make sure medicines are taken on time, while a nurse can visit for the tasks written on the discharge note, such as dressings, injections or a urinary catheter. For a patient who cannot get out of bed, we can arrange a 24-hour aya, or a male attendant if lifting is involved.
Share the discharge summary or the doctor's instructions when you call, and we will match a caregiver to them. The rate and timing are agreed before anyone is sent.
