Our baby care service sends a trained aya to look after your baby or toddler at home, so you can go to work or rest knowing your child is safe. It suits families with babies past the newborn weeks and young children, in Sonarpur and across south Kolkata.

What a baby care aya does
- Feeding: bottles, and simple meals for babies who have started solids
- Bathing, dressing and nappy changes
- Keeping to the nap and sleep routine you set
- Play, songs and stories suited to the child's age
- Keeping the child safe: watching around stairs, water, and small objects
- Washing the baby's bottles, clothes and bedding
Keeping things the way you want
Every family does things differently. Tell the aya your routine, what the child eats, how they are settled to sleep, and any rules about screens or visitors, and she will follow them. If a child falls ill, she will call you straight away.
How to arrange a baby care aya
- Call or WhatsApp +91 90513 20961. Tell us your child's age, the routine, and which hours you need covered. The phone is answered around the clock by the people who will actually arrange the caregiver.
- We suggest who to send. If what you describe needs a nurse rather than an aya, or an attendant rather than either, we will say so.
- Shift and rate are agreed first. Shifts of 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 or 24 hours are available, and you know the cost before anyone is sent.
- The caregiver comes to you, often the same day, and we check back to make sure the match is working.
Common questions
Can the same aya come every day?
We aim for the same aya so your child gets to know her. Tell us when you call that you need a regular person.
Can the aya also cook for the child?
Simple meals for the child, yes. For cooking for the whole household, a home service worker is better.
Is baby care available for just a few hours?
Yes. Shifts start at 4 hours.
